Age: Minimum age 18 years old
Cór Naoimh Pádraig is the Parish Choir and has about thirty members drawn from all parts of the community. They sing on Saturday evening at the 7 p.m.Vigil Mass and on other important liturgical dates. The Choir is at present going from strength to strength and is actively recruiting new members. There is no formal process required to join, all that is necessary is an interest in singing for liturgy. Esker Folk Group:
Rehearsals: Wednesdays at 8.30p.m.to10.00p.m.@ St. Patrick’s Church Lucan
The Esker Folk Group was formed in the early 1980’s and the Group has gone from strength to strength over the years with a steady supply of willing and able singers and musicians. The Esker Folk Group practises on a weekly basis at 8.30p.m.on Wednesday nights in St. Patrick’s Church. The folk group sing every Sunday at the12 noon mass.
Aontas Youth Choir
Aontas youth choir are a group of talented young musicians and singers formed some five years ago,
They sing at Masses in St. Patrick’s on a regular basis and greatly enhance the liturgy.
They reghearse on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 pm to 8:30 pm in St. Patrick’s Church.
