Séan Walsh, Lucan (formerly of Birkenhead, England) passed away peacefully in the loving care of his wife and family and the exceptional staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Evelyn, devoted and loving father of Nicole, Shane, Sarah and Olivia and loving brother of Sheila, Gráinne and Derek. Sadly missed by his family, brother-in-law Ronan, sister-in-law Blanaid, nephew Michael, nieces Siún, Aisling and Gráinne and by his extended family and friends, especially Alan Kerrigan, Liam Breen, Anthony Aherne and his football family. Reposing at his home on Wednesday (Jan. 15) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery, Co. Dublin. Flowers welcome or donations, if desired, to ARC Cancer Support Services or Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.
