Marlene Phelan (Née Moore) Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Drimnagh, Dublin 12. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of Paddy (Pat) and dear mother of Ivan, Terence and Marlene and a devoted grandmother of Tara, Aoife, Caoimhe, Niamh, Ronan and Aisling. Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Lucan on Thursday evening (1st. February) between 6pm and 8pm.  Removal on Friday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. The Phelan family would like to express their gratitude to the McNulty family and the nursing and care staff at Marymount Care Centre, also to the staff of St. Brigid’s Ward, Mater Hospital for the excellent care that Marlene received from them.
