The death has occurred of Imelda Gilbert (née Rooney), Arthur Griffith Park, Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Newcastle, Kilmainhamwood, Co. Meath. Peacefully at her home. Beloved wife of Éamon, deeply regretted by her daughters Linda & Bernadette and her sons Éamon, Michael, & Darren. Sadly missed by her sister Kathleen, brothers Peter, Phil & Paddy, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home on Wednesday (6th February) from 4 pm to 9 pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (7th February) in St. Patrick’s Church, Esker at 10 am and afterwards in Kingscourt Cemetery, Co. Cavan at 1.30 pm approximately. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross or the Irish Cancer Society.
