Peacefully at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family. Deirdre beloved wife of the late Patrick (Planks) and dear mother of Jean, Tracie, Samantha and Patricia and devoted grandmother to Natasha, Andrea, Caillin, Liam, Aoife, Cian, Jack, Fionn, Eoin, Joe, and Louie. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sisters Jean, Evelyn and Geraldine, sons-in-law David, Liam, Ben and Mike, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Removal from Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker Tuesday evening arriving at 5.30pm. Requiem Mass at 10am Wednesday, followed by cremation to Newland’s Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society or Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.
